What makes a dog friendly?

Are some dogs naturally friendly, people dogs? Has anyone ever heard of a friendly puppy growing up into a mean dog? The reason I ask is because my dog is so friendly I don't even think that he would attack an intruder! Has anyone ever trained your dog to attack? Not that I want him to attack, just in case of a break-in or something calls for aggresion I would like to know if he can be trained for such things.

You can take your puppy to puppy classes or you can find special courses for dogs to be trained to do things, if you want it to be a guard dog you are best to see someone professional so they can give you advise on this sort of thing or even research on the internet for training courses!

good owners have good friendly dogs. Bad owners have mean, destructive dogs. Very simple. Just like peoples kids, same concept.
