Be very careful with your kind offer. I helped out people who relocated to L.A after katrina and allowed them to stay in my guesthouse for 2 weeks with a signed contract. They also had dogs. What I got was them refusing to leave and when i won in court to get them out, after paying court costs. ( this took 6 weeks and I had agreed to pay their utilities if they stayed the agreed on 2 weeks) I also fed them for 2 weeks. Having them refuse to leave cost me my new tenets that were suppose to move in, lots of money in repairs, from them and their dogs, and what was worse was they left their dogs with me. I cannot bring myself to take animals to a shelter, and they were not microchiped. I did find the digs a new home. Be careful
