Westie Rescue of Orange County (WROC) is a 100% nonprofit organization dedicated to saving the lives of forgotten West Highland White Terriers. WROC is run entirely by volunteers, rescuing stray animals from shelters that have not been adopted, reclaimed by their owners, or abandoned. Our rescues are cared for in private homes where they receive medical care and rehabilitation. We specialize in Westie skin issues, work with a behaviorist for special needs dogs, and senior Westies have a special place in our hearts. Our primary focus is securing loving homes for unwanted, neglected and/or abused animals. We take particular care in placing our Westies. Our screening process includes an application, reference checks, interview and a home visit to ensure the home and family is compatible with the pet’s needs and our requirements. We request owners to sign a contract obliging them to contact us if they cannot provide for the animal for any reason. The adoptive family is given a two-week trial to see if the environment is right for the animal. If you are interested in adopting a Westie, please fill out an application today. Do you know a Westie that needs rescuing? Please contact us by phone or e-mail immediately if you are no longer able to care for your Westie or become aware of a neglected, abused Westie that needs help. Call Kay DeLoach at or 714-402-1054 or Karen at (805) 208-4322 email: kayd@westierescueoc.com karens@westierescueoc.com

If you ever need raffle type gifts let me know as I work for Active pet feeds who are a sponsor on here and we could help.
Glad to see you on here, I know how tough rescue groups can be.
