Delta Flyball Club 2 weeks, 3 days agoIs there a way of posting flyball meets on here? I am off to one in Scotland this weekend and pretty excited about it to be honest even though I will have to work.

We would need to create a calendar system and can look into doing this. Alternatively, you can go into admin and post them on the right sidebar or send me a list of events and I will do it – just post it here and I will put it on the sidebar.

How far do you need to go? I met a family with 4 border collies traveling with 2 other families and each of their dogs. THEN, they adopted one of my (rescued) Border Collies, which meant about 12 dogs in one van. Godzukes!

Dog Training 1 month, 3 weeks agoI need to figure out how to teach recall to my dog who seems utterly incapable of coming when called when he could be running away instead. I am only able to take him on walks without a lead if he has lots of room to run, but not in high density places.

Bleach works well to get rid of the smell of urine if you have a floor (not carpet!) that can stand up to bleach like vinyl flooring.

I wouldn’t advise using bleach as this encourages dogs to urinate. Urine Off is the best stuff to use

I didn’t realize that. I knew that ammonia had that property since it has a similar chemical structure to urine.

We have had him since he was 9mths old He loves everyone and everything- a very high energy dog but so loveable. Also have Phoebe who is a 3 yr old springer. Had her from a puppy. Delta Flyball Club: 3 months, 3 weeks agoreally good training this morning by everyone especially since all the dogs had the wind in their tails whilst we had it in our hair. Man it was breezey. Well done everyone.
